Who this policy covers
IraxGames (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates iraxgames.online and publishes the mobile games that link to this policy. This notice covers the website, messages sent to our support address, and those linked games (together, the “Services”). For information we decide to collect and use directly, IraxGames is the controller or business responsible for that processing. Advertising partners may act as independent controllers or other legally defined roles for data handled through their technologies; their own notices also apply.
Information that may be processed
Depending on the app and your settings, we or our advertising partners may receive:
- Identifiers: IDFA, Android Advertising ID, app or installation identifiers, and other device identifiers where available and permitted.
- Device and network information: IP address, device model, operating system, language, network or carrier details, app version, and SDK version. IP address may reveal general location.
- App and ad activity: launches, taps, app interactions, ad requests, impressions, video views, clicks, conversions, and frequency information.
- Diagnostics: errors, crashes, loading time, performance, and other technical events.
- Privacy preferences: consent choices, advertising opt-outs, ATT status, and age-related treatment signals when applicable.
- Support correspondence: the email address, message, game title, device details, and attachments you choose to send.
We ask that you avoid sending payment-card details, passwords, identity documents, or unrelated sensitive information in support messages.
Advertising partners
The following technologies are used in IraxGames mobile games. What each receives and does may change with consent, region, platform, SDK version, and publisher settings.
- Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK. Google's SDK disclosure identifies IP address, product interactions, diagnostics, and device or account identifiers as data it automatically collects and shares for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. - Unity advertising services. Unity may process advertising identifiers, device and network details, general location, app and ad activity to deliver ads, personalize them where permitted, measure results, control frequency, and protect its services. - Vungle / Liftoff. Vungle is part of Liftoff. Liftoff may process device identifiers and characteristics, IP address, app usage, ad engagement, timestamps, clickstream, and location-related data for ad selection and personalization where permitted, measurement, optimization, frequency control, and fraud prevention. Partners may combine data from our Services with other sources when their practices, applicable law, and your choices allow it. Their notices explain the processing they control.
Purposes and legal bases
Information may be used to operate and secure the Services; provide contextual or personalized ads where allowed; measure ad delivery and app performance; limit ad frequency; detect fraud or invalid traffic; apply privacy choices; answer support and rights requests; and comply with law.
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, the legal basis may be consent for personalized ads, identifiers, or storage access when required; legitimate interests for security, fraud prevention, support, and limited non-personalized operations where those interests are not overridden by your rights; contract when necessary to provide a requested Service; or legal obligation. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Each independent partner identifies its own legal bases in its notice.
Consent and ad controls
- Where required, an in-app consent message can offer advertising choices and a way to revisit them. The options available depend on the particular game and region.
- On iOS, Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt governs access to IDFA for tracking. Declining tracking can still leave contextual or otherwise permitted ads.
- On Android, device settings let you manage, reset, or delete the advertising ID where supported.
- Unity and Liftoff provide partner-specific privacy tools through their links above; Unity may also offer a privacy icon in an ad.
- Email us with “Privacy Request” in the subject line for a choice or request we can handle directly.
Some opt-outs limit personalized advertising rather than removing advertising entirely. Consent signals and available choices may differ by app, operating system, and location.
International processing
We and our service or advertising partners may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Where required for EEA, UK, or Swiss transfers, the relevant organization uses an applicable safeguard such as an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK Addendum, or another lawful mechanism. Partner policies describe their transfer arrangements.
Rights in the EEA and UK
Subject to local law and exceptions, you may request information about processing, access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability; object to processing including direct marketing; withdraw consent; and request human review of certain solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. You may complain to your local data protection authority.
Send us a request for information IraxGames controls using the contact address below. We may ask for limited details to verify your identity and locate the relevant record. Where an ad partner controls its own information, you may also contact that partner directly.
California privacy notice
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), grants eligible California residents specific rights. For linked games using the SDKs above, the categories that may have been collected and disclosed in the preceding 12 months are: identifiers (IP address and advertising or device IDs); internet or electronic activity (app and ad interactions, diagnostics); general geolocation derived from IP address; commercial or ad-conversion events when applicable; and ad-interest inferences that partners may create where personalized ads are allowed. Support correspondence may include contact identifiers and message contents.
Sources include your device, app activity, preferences, messages, platforms, and advertising partners. Business purposes are described in Section 4; recipient categories are described in Sections 3 and 6. The precise categories depend on a game's integrations and your choices.
Sale, sharing, and opt-out
We do not sell personal information for money. However, transferring device or activity information for cross-context behavioral advertising may qualify as a “sale” or “sharing” under California law. You can use any in-app privacy control, device advertising settings, or partner tools described above, and you can email a Do Not Sell or Share request. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of people under 16.
Your rights
Subject to law and exceptions, you may ask to know and access the categories or specific pieces collected, their sources, purposes, recipients, and categories sold or shared; request deletion or correction; opt out of sale or sharing; limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information; and receive equal service without discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not intentionally use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
You or an authorized agent may submit a request to the address below. We may verify your identity and an agent's authority using only the information reasonably necessary. If we cannot verify a request, we will explain the limitation.
Children's privacy
Unless a particular title and its store listing say otherwise, our Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through support without appropriate parental authorization. For a child-directed title or user identified for age-related treatment, the app must use the appropriate partner settings and avoid personalized advertising based on cross-app activity. Contact us if you believe a child has sent us personal information so we can review it and delete it where required.
Website, security, and changes
This static website has no IraxGames analytics script, ad tags, user account, or contact form. GitHub Pages, the hosting provider, may process technical request and security logs under GitHub's privacy statement. When you email us, we receive what you choose to include.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for information we control, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. We may revise this policy when games, SDKs, practices, or laws change. The effective date above identifies this version; material changes will be communicated where required.
